Every order is packed and dispatched from our fulfilment facility after payment is confirmed and verified. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shoes must be free of visible wear, scuffs, odours, stains, and outdoor use. Items that fail these condition requirements are refused, and the parcel is returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer completely bears the return shipping costs. Tsz Ming Limited does not provide prepaid return labels, does not reimburse return postage, and does not refund the original outbound shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for all carrier charges, customs duties, taxes, and insurance costs associated with the return shipment.
